Singapore! Reading, Eating, Walking & Photographing - The way back to Europe

Firstly, Yes it is a post. You all thought that I have given up updating. Well honestly yes. Why? Well I have been in silent meditation off and on for past 5 months at The Innlet in Golden Bay. When I say silent, I mean of course silent on the blog. A few people would dispute that I remained silent for all those months such as...

I had always planned to update the blog at some point with the time I spent in NZ. I have plenty of photos but not much to say. Did I really become silent? Maybe...

Now, down to business

After 11 months and I day, i am flying back to Europe. However, how could I not stop in South East Asia. This time Singapore.

And it good to be back. How i have missed you - I think this is an ans
wer to the lack of posts in NZ, I always had more to say about Asia - I was expecting more concrete than Hong Kong. But as in pre conception of Hong Kong, those of Singapore changed too. It is also the first time that I am in Siuth East Asia in Spring. Singapore was already humid at 7am when I landed...

What do I do in Singapore. Well, I eat, read, walk and photograph. I should say that I eat all day. How can you not . The whole place is made to eat....

I commented that Hong Kong was a fusion of cultures. Well Singapore is truly a fusion of culture.

Now back tot eh photographs. i will try and update the blog again with a selection of photos of the past 5 months in NZ.

Good to see you back on the blog Dan. And no mention of coffee or even a photo of a latte or flat white!
New Zealand must have been a truly enlightening experience for you which is great!
Your writing has a new freshness now that you have left these shores for old blighty and Europe.
New Zealand is of course very western and in places how England used to be many moons ago. And of course it is a small country, with very few people especially on the South Island and at The Innet in Golden Bay!!
You may now have time to reflect more on what New Zealand gave to you. To me, it has been a magic that has touched and changed my life for the better in so many ways.
See you in blighty and look forward to all those photos!!
Love Claire x x x
