Back in Seoul & my 5 a day habit Or what lot of foot wear... 26th February-1st March

It is time to me to share a problem I have been having since I arrived in Korea. To be precise since the airport. It may come as a surprise to all of you but I have become a doughnut addict. It is serious. I stuff those little balls of heaven down my mouth faster than Usain Bolt winning the 100m at the Beijing Olympics. It was under control in Gyeongju and Busan. Really! it was! However since I got back to Seoul it has become a 5 a day habit. I am seeking assistance with DA - doughnut anonymous - and it is helping. I manage to reduce to a minimum of 2 a day. The problem in Seoul is that Dunkin Doughnut is ubiquitous. It is everywhere. There are some 2-4 just around the corner. In the quarter I am staying in there are 2.

Since being back in Seoul, I have been meeting up with Julie - Julie has now settle into student accommodation - to further explore Seoul and its myriad markets - I think I am turning Julie into a doughnut junkie. When I suggest DD she never says no! See the power of those balls of heaven! - This time the foot wear market - be strong Dr²G & Léna - and the toy market.

Interesting to see the American influence with so many DD, not surprising really. It's been so since the war?

Not very impressed, as ever, with your DD addiction. It could stand for Dangerous Diet maybe? Hope you are balancing it out with other more nutricious but probably more boring food Dan :)

I guess all the footwear and toys are mega cheap and made in China or somewhere? Not that impressed with that either. Sorry Dr.G and Lena.
